Except for the user's corporate email, Picaio does not handle personal data within the product.

Picaio does not perform automated decisions or profiling processes based on personal data, nor does it use personal data to train artificial intelligence models.
The use of the Picaio product is governed by a shared responsibility model. The Responsible is accountable for the security of the infrastructure, platform, and services provided, while clients are responsible for the proper management of access, credentials, and information uploaded to the system.
6. Data Retention
The personal data collected through the contact form will be retained for a maximum period of one (1) year, unless there is a legal or legal relationship that justifies a longer term.
The corporate email of the product user will be retained as long as the account remains active.
